Water
Water/Sewer Info
The District owns and operates an independent water treatment and distribution system that delivers potable water to each property within the community. Usage for each property is metered and billed on a quarterly basis. To promote water conservation, users charged for water are billed on a tiered rate structure where as more water is consumed the per 1,000 gallon rates increase. One-time tap and meter fees are charged at the commencement of construction of the home.
